Meet Our Management Team
How It All Started
After working directly with local residential trash and roll-off hauling companies for over 15 years at the highest levels, we wanted to create a company that was very easy to work with and provided the highest level of customer service and value to its customers. We knew we had the expertise, knowledge and relationships in the trash industry to help people rent the right dumpster for the job at an affordable price. So we assembled the best, most experienced roll off dumpster rental team around and got to work. We got our start in the trash business in the Denver metro area of Colorado. Today we service customers in Colorado from Colorado Springs up to Fort Collins and from Golden to Aurora, as well as customers in the Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Houston, Kansas City, Chicago, Nashville, Orlando areas, and many more to come in the future.
AKA "Trash Daddy" Chad got his start in the trash business over 15 years ago in Colorado. He has done it all from riding on the back of a residential trash truck, to driving the truck on residential routes, to where his real passion lies - helping customers in the roll off dumpster rental side of the trash business. He has spent the last 15+ years developing and supporting roll off dumpster divisions for local haulers. The trash business and helping customers are his passion, so he got together with Paul to create the company to provide every customer the kind of service he expects - nothing but the best!
Chad is a single father who enjoys spending time with his son and making sure Trash Daddy customers get the service they deserve.
Paul has managed and/or owned multiple businesses in the Denver area over the last 20 years working as a CFO, Owner, CEO, Operations Manager and Controller, and sometimes all at the same time! He met Chad when together they managed a large local roll off dumpster hauler in Colorado for many years. When he met Chad he realized they both shared a vision of what a great company in the trash business could and should look like. Eventually they came together to create Trash Daddy Dumpsters to provide both residential customers and contractors the service and value they deserve in the dumpster rental business.
Paul is a big basketball fan, but he spends most of his time working to make sure Trash Daddy offers our customers the best possible experience in dumpster rental.
Morgan got her start in the trash business young many years ago working her way up in the largest privately owned roll off dumpster company in Colorado. She has done it all in the roll off dumpster world from accounting to dispatch to customer service. She knows every angle when it comes to roll off dumpster rentals and has worked with some of the biggest companies in the industry for years.
Morgan enjoys hanging out with friends, dirt biking, and car races.
Gia comes from an Italian family. She is very outgoing, loves being outside and loves traveling. Gia started very young in the trash business learning dispatching and contractor client relations. Her experience and personality are an integral part of what makes Trash Daddy the number one dumpster rental company around.
The Trash Daddy Story
Chad has worked in the trash industry for over 15 years and has relationships with numerous contractors. One day, one of them started calling him "Trash Daddy". That quickly spread around town and the funny saying locally became "who's your trash daddy". A few years later we created Trash Daddy Dumpsters to help both residential customers and contractors get the best local dumpster rental service.
