We make the process of renting a dumpster simple:
It's that simple, and takes just a few minutes.
We make it very easy for anyone to check prices in just a few seconds using our zip code look up tool, with no personal info required to use it. And we make sure all necessary information you need is listed on each city page and in our online ordering system.
See your service area page for specifics on rental periods, sizes available, and weight limits for that area.
Both our online ordering and internal systems utilize the most current security technology to keep your transactions safe and secure. We partner with Square and Stripe for card processing.
None of our team can ever see or access any customer's credit card details. All transactions are secure and follow all legal requirements.
When you call Trash Daddy, everyone on our team is highly experienced in the roll off industry. Unlike most other companies where you are calling a large call center with inexperienced reps, or worse you are talking to an AI agent, everyone you talk to with Trash Daddy will be able to provide you the best roll-off dumpster rental experience.
Trash Daddy is the only dumpster rental company (that we are aware of) that actually shows you pictures of our management team and provides our bios with proven industry experience. We think it's important to know who you are dealing with.
When you rent a roll-off from Trash Daddy, we notify you of all terms in several ways:
The first thing to know about property damage from a roll off dumpster is it very rarely happens. But, it can happen. The trucks are heavy, and the dumpsters can be very heavy, depending on the material loaded into them. While actual damage is rare, the dumpsters can make marks (or scratches) on a driveway where the wheels touch down on delivery and pick up. We deliver dumpsters in driveways every day, and there is very rarely an issue. But if damage does occur, we cannot be responsible due to the weight of the trucks and dumpsters. Keep this in mind for dumpster placement.
The same is true of damage to lawns/yards and sprinkler systems or underground pipes. We normally won't place dumpsters on grass or yards for this reason, unless we get your specific permission and you know the risks. If you tell us to place a dumpster in an exact spot, and we do, and later claim damage to something underground, we cannot be held responsible for that.
If there is other damage, like to a garage or other structure, we would pay to repair it, if we are certain it was caused by one of our drivers. If that were to happen, we would need pictures and any evidence that it was caused by our driver, and we would need to be notified immediately.
If you need to cancel your order, we do not charge you, as long as we have at least 24 hours notice. If you contact us about a same day cancellation, there may be a charge of up to $250 (varies by area). The reason for this is to cover the expense of the truck if the driver was already on the way. If we can catch the driver before he is en route, we may be able to avoid the charge. We always try to avoid charging any customer whenever we can.
