Paul's experience in the roll-off dumpster rental industry began over a decade ago managing a large-scale privately owned hauler. Having led businesses across multiple sectors, the trash industry quickly became his favorite because of the tangible local service it provides to the community.
As Chief Operations Officer, Paul's role at Trash Daddy is a little more "over-arching". He oversees all operations, training, and all of the marketing. Most of his time is spent working to make sure Trash Daddy offers our customers the best possible experience in dumpster rental.
In 2020, Paul and Chad realized they shared a singular vision: the dumpster rental industry was missing two things: (1) experienced, trained roll-off professionals to help customers minimize their roll-off costs, and (2) a provider that prioritized both residential value and contractor reliability across multiple service areas.
They founded Trash Daddy Dumpsters to fill these gaps, ensuring every customer gets an expert experience from the first phone call to the final pick-up.
