Chad’s career in the trash industry began over 17 years ago in Golden, Colorado. Starting his journey as a helper and driver for residential trash routes, he gained a deep, hands-on understanding of the logistics required to keep a waste management operation running smoothly.
Over the next decade, he transitioned into sales and leadership, specializing in developing and scaling roll-off dumpster divisions for some of Colorado’s largest privately owned haulers.
As President, Chad remains deeply connected to the day-to-day operations. You will often find him answering the phones personally, as he believes the best way to lead is by staying in direct contact with the customers. His goal is simple: ensure every customer receives the high-level service and reliable communication they deserve.
The Vision
While managing the contractor sales division for a large local roll-off hauler, Chad met Paul. They realized the industry was missing a provider that could scale to better serve his large-scale contractor customers who often worked jobsites in other cities and states, while maintaining the personal touch of a local business. In 2020, they founded Trash Daddy Dumpsters to bridge that gap.
