Our co-founder Paul has managed and/or owned multiple businesses over the last 25 years working as a CFO, Owner, CEO, Operations Manager and Controller, and sometimes all at the same time! His extensive experience in accounting, general management, website design and SEO marketing is the engine driving Trash Daddy Dumpsters.
Paul's experience in the roll off dumpster rental industry goes back more than 10 years ago, where he was managing a large privately owned roll off company. The roll off and trash business quickly became his favorite out of all the businesses he had run or owned. And that's how Trash Daddy Dumpsters came to be created!

As Chief Operations Officer, Paul's role at Trash Daddy is a little more "over-arching". He oversees all operations and all of the marketing. Most of his time is spent working to make sure Trash Daddy offers our customers the best possible experience in dumpster rental.
When he met Chad he realized they both shared a vision of what a great company in the trash business could and should look like. Eventually they came together to create Trash Daddy Dumpsters to provide both residential customers and contractors the service and value they deserve in the dumpster rental business.
