What items are prohibited to throw in a roll off dumpster?
Almost anything can be tossed into a roll off. For a full list of prohibited items, please visit our prohibited items page. Here are some common prohibited items: electronics, refridgerators, tires, air conditioning systems, propane tanks, adhesives, medical waste, oil & gas, contaminated soil, asbestos, paint cans & chemicals, household cleaners, hazardous chemicals.

Do I have to be home for delivery or pickup?
No, as long as nothing is blocking the area where the container is to be placed. We get your placement instructions at the time of the order, so you do not have to wait for the driver if you don't want to.
How much does a dumpster rental cost in Houston?
We have a flat rate price for each dumpster size. Prices range from $495 to $899 in the Houston area, depending on how far out the address is. We don't post the exact price because it can change often. Call us or use our live chat to quickly check the current price.
Can I rent a dumpster for one or two days?
Yes, but we don't rent one day increments. In Houston, the standard rental is 14 days. You can have have the dumpster picked up at any time, even one day after it's dropped off, which doesn't impact price.
Does the dumpster have a door on it?
Yes! All roll offs have a door that swings open on one end. All you do is lift a locking handle, and the door will swing outward. NOTE: when placing the container in driveways or up against structures, the drivers will always place them with the door toward the structure, as opposed to in the street. Keep this in mind if you want to use the door.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster rental in Houston?
The typical rental in Houston does not require a permit. Rules vary by city or county. It also depends on where you want the container placed. Reach out to us and we can let you know. If it is required, we will take care of the entire permit process for you.
