Do I have to be home for delivery or pickup?

No, as long as nothing is blocking the area where the container is to be placed. We get your placement instructions at the time of the order, so you do not have to wait for the driver if you don't want to.

You can have have the dumpster picked up at any time, even one day after it's dropped off, but it doesn't change the price.

Does the dumpster have a door on it?

Yes! All roll offs have a door that swings open on one end. All you do is lift a locking handle, and the door will swing outward. NOTE: when placing the container in driveways or up against structures, the drivers will always place them with the door toward the structure, as opposed to in the street. Keep this in mind if you want to use the door.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster rental in Joliet?
